Almost immediately we started having problems. When you have more then one site open, and close one, they all would close. This was causing her BIG problems in her online classes. She would do her homework and do the spell check, and upon closing spell check, would lose everything. I called Gateway about the problem and they told me to disable the add-ons one at a time. As I disabled them one by one, I found the culprit. It is part of the Netzero called ZEROBAR. After disabling it, I have had no problems at all. This was happening with my Dell also. My Dell has XP and the Gateway has the new Vista so I guess program has nothing to do with it.
