There will be an open Emergency communications and
Indiana District restructing forum at the Hoosier
Hills Hamfest Sunday 07,October 2007 at Noon til
???(Bedford Time)The meeting will be held at the show arena.

There will be directions to the meeting room at the club table
for late commers and there will be a sign on the
building "EMCOMM Forum" or call for directions on
446.500 simplex.

Some of the topics of discussion will be Statewide
EMCOMM frequency,mode,paths,training and activation,
standardization and common protocols, District
response teams, RACES/ARES/MARS and their their place
in the restructuring.District and Regional
councils,task force and subcommittees

There will be representives from the State IDHS and
from MARS to add to the discussion, This fourum is for
anyone involved in RACES/ARES, Mars, Emergency
management and emergency communications.
