JULY STATEWIDE RACES TEST
      #303 - Sun Jul 13 2008 05:18 PM

The W9WIN System and several other systems and repeater owners in the state will be assisting the Indiana Department of homeland Security RACES Team. With the Semi-Annual RACES test on Saturday July 26th beginning at 9:00 am EST and Ending at 11:00am EST.

Again we encourage all counties to check into the net and try to eceed the coverage and participation we had in the January Test.

Watch for a list of repeaters that will be connected to the W9WIN system for test.

The list will be posted Monday July 14th 2008

Please keep in mind that this is NOT A CONTEST and everyone will be given a chance to check in by District and County and that is a DIRECTED NET and directed net procedures should be followed.
Please Allow a 3 second pause before and after transmissions to allow for the repeaters to link and unlink to prevent collisions.

We look forward to hearing everyone on the test.

W9WIN EMCOMM COORDINATOR
